We are community-based, which means we meet you where you are. We also provide an in-clinic experience for those just needing to get out of the chaos and distractions of everyday life to focus on their therapeutic goals.

I enjoy helping to support people as they navigate through the many different waves of life. I help to create a warm, non judgmental, and supportive environment where clients are free to talk about their stories. I draw from a number of different treatment modalities, but most importantly, meet the client where they are at. While each individual's experience is unique, I regularly work with clients around topics related to anxiety, depression, obsessive thoughts, relationship concerns, sexuality, ADHD, life's transitions, familial conflict and many more.

Life's stresses can leave one overwhelmed in managing day to day affairs. I work with individuals who express feelings hopelessness. Many experience episodes of sadness, anxiety, and/or fatigue. These experiences may stem from family dynamic and or relationship issues.

I am passionate about helping people find healthy pathways to process hardships, trauma, and abuse. On this journey, I have learned the importance of the mind-body connection and am inspired to guide clients through a holistic approach to treatment. I assist clients in coping with the physical symptoms of trauma such as panic attacks, insomnia, anxiety, disordered eating, substance abuse, irritability or outbursts of anger, flashbacks, self-injurious behaviors, and other natural reactions survivors experience. My goal is to create a support system and assist clients along their personal path towards physical and mental well-being.

At times, life presents challenges that impact the quality of our relationships and daily functioning. Counseling can help to ease the overwhelming feelings associated with life transitions, grief, depression, parenting, anxiety, anger, family, low self-esteem, and other interpersonal relationship concerns. At Beautiful Dreamers Behavioral and Educational Center, we offer comprehensive therapeutic, psychological, psychiatric, medication management, nursing service, and psycho-educational services. Whether individual, family or group, our mission is to provide a collaborative and encouraging environment that encourages personal growth. Our team of expert therapists possesses a variety of specialties and certifications that focus on the needs of the individual regardless age (including preschoolers) and area of struggle. Beautiful Dreamers Behavioral and Educational Center also provides comprehensive psychological educational evaluations for children and adults in the areas of intellectual functioning, academic, behavioral, vocational, and forensics. Our psycho-educational assessments are highly detailed and identify any underlying impairments affecting school performance.
