It is my aim to collaborate with you around key factors in your journey to help you better navigate through life’s ups downs. I use a holistic approach to foster mental health and well being. Clients will progress and heal through therapeutic interventions including self-esteem building, CBT and mindfulness. I engage clients in practices for holistic health. This includes spiritual, emotional, social, physical and mental health.

The goal of peer-mentored life coaching is self-development and actualization through peer-support; freeing you from conflict and guilt.
