Looking for the right therapist is an excellent first step towards mental wellness. My psychotherapy approach integrates evidence-based cognitive, behavioral, and acceptance-centered interventions to facilitate immediate and lasting positive change. I work with my clients to develop individualized plans and integrate tools into life between sessions.
My therapeutic style is goal-oriented, direct, and compassionate. I always work to empower my clients by offering support, empathy, and relevant psychological tools. From the onset we will develop relevant and measurable goals to help ensure we meet your needs and expectations. Clients are offered education and opportunities to implement new approaches.
