Recovering from trauma is the most inspiring and difficult things one can do in their lifetime. I am a believer that post traumatic growth is possible in all people. I utilize an eclectic approach pulling from a base of radical feminism utilizing approaches from DBT, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness and acceptance based approaches. I firmly believe that everyone has the tools within them to heal and grow and my primary job as therapist is to provide a safe non-judgmental setting for you to discover your healed self.

Ms. Adebayo served in the United States Army before retiring at the rank of 1SG (E-8). She's a graduate of the University of Southern California where she received her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Adult Mental Health and Wellness and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. As a Master Level Clinical Social Worker, she is deeply committed to serving individuals, families, and couples in their mental health and wellness journey.
