I am a licensed therapist with a wealth of experience helping people with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, men's issues, and relationship issues. I focus on meeting my clients where they are and helping them gain insight and, most importantly, self-acceptance.

Ms. Shalanda Jackson, LCSW, CSOTP and a graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University. Ms. Jackson has an extensive mental health service background and worked in various capacities as an outpatient therapist, crisis services supervisor and sex offender treatment provider. Ms. Jackson is passionate about working with individuals who have an extensive history of trauma, relationship issues, anger management issues and incarceration.

I am a psychotherapist for adult individuals and couples. Do you want stronger, clearer and healthier relationships? My clients consist mainly of open minded, artistic and unconventional persons wanting more intimacy and connection or wanting to explore their innate gifts and talents. I also work with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and non-binary persons. However, I love working with anyone who is seeking growth, wholeness and perspective.

My passion is for helping others feel and live their very best. Adam Alderson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia who has over 11 years of experience providing clinical assessment and therapeutic care to children, teens, adults, and couples seeking help with depression/anxiety, stress management, LGBTQIA+, family transition, and many other of life's issues. Adam completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as well as his Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Angelo State University of Texas.

Shayna (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia who specializes in depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, bipolar disorders, and more. Making the choice to attend therapy is often a significant step, and Shayna strives to create an environment where her clients feel safe and comfortable expressing themselves without judgment.

My ideal client is someone who feels that they are facing difficulties in their mental health and would like some help and outside perspective. I want to help clients with a huge variety of issues and struggles, from many different backgrounds. I will learn alongside them on the best ways to help and provide support. For my clients, I know that it is a difficult thing to share about deeply personal issues, so I only ask that they take a brave step and be willing to talk a little about what is bringing them in

Jeffrey Everett is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 20 years of experience aligning with adults and couples who have sought help regarding issues related to trauma resolution, substance use, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and men’s issues. Jeff can help clients build on their innate resiliency and live life to the fullest by staying true to their values. Jeff completed his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Louisiana State University and his Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology at Stephen F. Austin State University.
