With virtual office hours to accommodate your schedule it affords you and your family the time necessary to work on goals, concerns, and strategies to enhance your life. Since COVID, our daily lives have changed dramatically, creating increased uncertainty and stress. We are all reassessing and developing what works best for ourselves. Michelle “Micky” Greene is a therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for each person she serves. Micky has experience treating a diverse range of diagnoses and life challenges such as trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ issues. Micky earned her Master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and majored in psychology and gender/sexuality/women’s studies at William & Mary. She uses a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to build a genuine relationship with her clients.

Alexandra “Alex” Cromer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 4 years of experience partnering with adults, families, adolescents, and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Alex completed her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology at Virginia Tech and her Master of Education (MEd) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William & Mary.

Jaclyn Boykin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 5 years of experience working with adults, children, families, couples, and the military who are seeking help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, and serious mental illness. Jaclyn completed her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology at Troy University and her Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Psychology at Walden University. She is currently working towards her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Counseling Education and Supervision at Walden University.

Cheryl Colt is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, and domestic violence. Cheryl has over 10 years of experience as an LPC working with individuals, couples, and families. Her pastoral background also enables her to support clients using their spiritual resources.

Meredith Golob is a Licensed Professional Counselor with an extensive history working with children, adults, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, crises, life challenges, and trauma. She is a firm believer in creating a mutually respectful and trusting therapeutic relationship in order to support clients in reaching their goals. Meredith graduated from James Madison University as a "double duke," receiving her Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and her MA, Ed.S in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Jewel works with individuals who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life. She seeks to understand each individual holistically, including their backgrounds and the strengths they already possess to provide an individualized approach. Jewel believes that establishing a strong alliance with her clients is essential to getting the most out of therapy and creating lasting change. Through this alliance, she partners with her clients to explore and address thought and behavior patterns that serve as barriers to enjoying life fully.

Angela Ryan, PsyD, LCP Angela Ryan is a Psychologist in Virginia who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University and a Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology from Regent University. Angela sees each individual as the expert of their own life and utilizes individual strengths to customize treatment. She believes that deep down, everyone knows what is best for them, but challenges or other barriers may prevent this from becoming reality. In her free time, Angela enjoys running, hockey, reading, and going for hikes with her two standard poodles!

We take most insurances including Medicaid and have a self-pay fee for those who are out of network or no insurance.

Collier is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in supporting individuals with dual diagnoses or co-occurring disorders, addiction issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, career issues, and adjustment concerns. Christin has over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, counseling individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, family concerns, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and adjustment concerns. She has provided counseling in a variety of settings including inpatient detoxification, intensive outpatient, outpatient group therapy, family, and individual therapy.

Anna Yates is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the child welfare and mental health fields. She has worked with youth and families in a variety of roles that have focused on healing from family separations and other traumatic events, navigating crisis situations, and improving both family and internal processes. Anna is well-versed in trauma-informed interventions, depression, anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, foster care, adoption, and LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming practices.

Emily is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, and major life transitions. Emily has experience working within acute and residential mental health settings. She is passionate about the holistic approach, recognizing the effect of life's experience on the body, and individualizing treatment to each of her clients.

Lauren Morris, LCSW Lauren Morris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia who has been practicing since 2013. She received her Master's degree from NC State University. Lauren's work in the medical field provides a unique skillset to offer guidance around insurance awareness/navigation, end of life needs, grief counseling, medical trauma, and life adjustment needs. As certified yoga teacher, Lauren has the skillset to offer mindfulness-based therapy and meditation techniques. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys knitting, crocheting, gardening, and biking.

Rachel Baylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia who has been practicing since 2023. She received her M. A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and her B.A. in Psychology from Hampton University with a minor in Children and Family studies. Rachel is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and her approach is person-centered and strength based.
