My name is Keshawna Tiggle and I'm a Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC) in Virginia. My approach to therapy is very much person-centered. Clients are in control of their lives and treatment and I'm here to support through the use of various empathetic interventions. I have years of experience working with individuals, who struggle with various mood disorders, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, depression, life changes, school challenges, self-esteem, etc.

My name is Lisa McIntosh, LPC License 0701008421. I have more than 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My holistic approach focuses on the individual's emotional, psychological, and social well-being. I also focus on rapport building, goal setting, and implementing evidence-based treatment to help individuals and families identify and change their troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Since youth, I wondered about human behavior and why people do what they do. To explore this interest further I took a class in comparative behavior and loved it. Since then I looked for opportunities to learn more about people, their actions, and their feelings while trying to find ways to help them improve their lives and feel better. I am lucky enough to be trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I used this advanced therapy process in California at the Anne Sippi Clinics in the service of those suffering severe adult psychopathology (mental health issues) early on in his career.

Ms. Shalanda Jackson, LCSW, CSOTP and a graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University. Ms. Jackson has an extensive mental health service background and worked in various capacities as an outpatient therapist, crisis services supervisor and sex offender treatment provider. Ms. Jackson is passionate about working with individuals who have an extensive history of trauma, relationship issues, anger management issues and incarceration.

My passion is for helping others feel and live their very best. Therapy is a powerful tool to help you begin doing just that; whether you are trying to navigate feelings of depression, grief / loss, or the tumultuous feelings that come with anxiety caused by work or relationship stressors, therapy can help you shift your perspective while developing the skills needed to not only move through challenges, but to begin thriving. I primarily work with adults and adolescents of all backgrounds.

My ideal client is someone who feels that they are facing difficulties in their mental health and would like some help and outside perspective. I want to help clients with a huge variety of issues and struggles, from many different backgrounds. I will learn alongside them on the best ways to help and provide support. Gina Thompson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has 8 years of experience working with adults who suffer from a wide range of mental health concerns in various settings. Gina specializes in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, anger, stress, chronic health concerns, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Gina completed her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at Temple University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) with a clinical concentration at the University of New England.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, families, and adults. I have extensive in patient and outpatient clinical experience working with adolescents and adults who have significant trauma histories. In addition, I have worked in Emergency Services for over a decade, helping clients navigate life threatening crisis situations. I am a level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. I use this strengths based approach to help my clients reconnect to/ nurture disowned parts of themselves that cary emotional pain.

Wendy Wasserstrom is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 9 years of social work experience. She has provided mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and she has experience providing individual and group therapy. She has worked with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and thought disorders, personality disorders, serious mental illness, life transitions, substance abuse, and family conflict. Wendy earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Florida State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University.

Ms. Adebayo served in the United States Army before retiring at the rank of 1SG (E-8). She's a graduate of the University of Southern California where she received her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Adult Mental Health and Wellness and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. As a Master Level Clinical Social Worker, she is deeply committed to serving individuals, families, and couples in their mental health and wellness journey. She continues to have strong counseling abilities, helping clients recognize and identify behavioral patterns, troubling emotions, and thoughts.

Carolyn strives to being an effective blend of experiences, empowerment, education, encouragement, and support to maximize outcomes and provide genuine healing and wholeness to individuals, marriages, couples, and families. Carolyn’s approach to counseling is centered on the therapeutic alliance. She incorporates CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Family Therapy Techniques with a variety of therapeutic orientations to help individuals/families/couples meet their goals. Carolyn is totally committed to the individuals that she serves and believes that there is great value and importance in human connections.

As a therapist, I work primarily from a relational dynamic perspective and I use human diversity and social justice lenses to further inform my work. This means that I place particular emphasis on emotions and relationships, and that I strive to be emotionally present and available for authentic connection. It is my belief and experience that the work and healing of therapy occur within this connection.
