Anxiety and depression are often the result of habitual negative self talk. I can help people focus on ways to manage depression, anxiety and sexual compulsions.

I have been an LCSW and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor for 25+ working primarily with individuals and families experiencing substance use-related related issues. I work to normalize the process of recovery and provide the comfortable process to develop skills for self-care and connecting to peer support to find contentment in sobriety.
