I primarily provide Telehealth services and limited face to face. Bringing over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Robert Petry has offered insight and guidance to both inpatient and outpatient treatment programs. He is Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Virginia Commonwealth University's Medical College of Virginia (VCU-MCV). He is a graduate of post doctoral programs in cognitive, psychodrama, metaphysical, gestalt and Hakomi mind/body therapy. He has trained with or attended workshops with some of the greatest innovators in psychotherapy and in most modalities, including cognitive and behavioral. Dr. Petry is a Virginia State Board Licensed Psychologist with a recognized area of specialty in hypnosis (highest distinction Diplomate).
