Shah has extensive experience working with individuals and families seeking help for an array of disorders and issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and family functioning.
He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Benedictine University, received his Master of Arts in Human Development Counseling (emphasis in marriage and family therapy) from Univeristy of Illinois, and is currently working towards completing his Doctoral degree in Medical Family Therapy from Saint Louis Univeristy School of Medicine.
Shah facilitates therapy by using a family systems perspective when working with families and individuals. This is to better understand their identified family systems and how it has been impactful in shaping our worldview and in ways clients think.
