I begin by examining everyday choices including nutrition, sleep, exercise and personal belief systems. It is important to explore deeply held values, beliefs, and sense of purpose. With improved self awareness, navigating life becomes more manageable, and more rewarding. Improving your perspectives and appreciating your personality opens up new opportunities.
