I am here to help clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression and relational issues. My clients want proven solutions to immediate problems and support in getting through crisis and trauma. Many of my clients are concerned parents who need help communicating with their children and helping their children through developmental milestones (teens and young adults). I am currently unable to take clients and my waitlist is roughly 6 months out. I will update when I am more available.
I have worked with families and individuals since 2008 in creating positive change. I focus on strengths based interventions that help restore order to your life.
