I know how hard it is to overthink everything. Your panic and anxiety prevent you from living life. Your anxiety is paralyzing. I know your sense of doom, of fear, of uncertainty. The worry seeps into all the parts of your life. Having struggled with anxiety myself, I know how much it can control everything. Even trying to write this profile I am overthinking and overanalyzing. I also understand depression. I know it can be a struggle to even get out of bed.
