I appreciate the hard work and time that each person puts into counseling and I am committed to helping clients find change and improvement. I use research-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma focused therapy to help individuals, couples and families improve relationships or recover former trust and commitment. I focus on facilitating stronger relationships with those in a client's support system. I am committed to each individual and using each session to identify and address concerns and questions for individuals, couples, and families.

I have worked in the the mental health profession for 35 years and for 25 years in private practice as a licensed psychologist in St. George, Utah. I provide individual and relationship counseling in an emotionally safe, supportive environment, drawing on a variety of approaches tailored to meet your needs and support your healing and growth. My integrative approach includes the exploration of mental, emotional, physical, developmental, spiritual, and interpersonal factors, as well as practical skill development.

Tayler is a Marriage and Family Therapy intern. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern Virginia University and is currently pursuing her master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Utah Tech University. She is trained in domestic violence, psychological first aid, CBT, TF-CBT, and other trauma-informed interventions. Therapy is a collaborative and strengths-based approach. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences which culminate into your unique identity and story. Through a variety of therapeutic interventions, we will discover who you are and move towards becoming who you want to be.

Lauren is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (MFTI). She completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology at Southern Utah University and is currently pursuing her master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Utah Tech University. She has certifications in domestic violence, skills for psychological recovery, psychological first aid, drug addiction, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions. Lauren firmly believes that everyone is capable of achieving change and reaching their unique, full potential. She is passionate about creating a safe space for people to feel understood and accepted.

She has completed a bachelor's degree in Family Science from Utah Valley University, and she is currently attending Utah Tech University's Marriage and Family Therapy master's program. Whittney has certifications in domestic violence, psychological first aid (PFA), drug addiction (SBIRT), skills for psychological recovery (SPR), trauma-focused treatment (TF-CBT, CCTS), and others. She is passionate about meeting clients where they're at, creating a safe space for them to explore and be vulnerable, and collaborating to create change that is both sustainable and meaningful.

Greetings! As a provider who marches to the beat of a slightly different drum, I have been known in some circles as "That Biker Therapist" which was derived from my tendency to be found on the highways and mountain roads of Utah when I am out of the office doing my version of "self-care" and meditation with blacktop and wind therapy. I started out in Corrections and then to Outpatient as I found it to be personally rewarding to help others before or after being in the judicial system. My areas I have spent most of my career working with addiction, trauma and depression/anxiety.

Caleb Featherstone received his undergraduate degree in Psychology and his graduate degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. Caleb has since received additional training in treating trauma with eye-movement and desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). He also has extensive experience working in the field of addiction with residential patients at Pine Grove Behavioral Heath and Addiction Services. Caleb believes that we should be the author of own lives and he implements a collaborative strength-based approach, tailoring therapy to each person's individual needs. This centers around the principles of education, support, and empowerment.

Kylie completed a Masters in Social Work with Utah Valley University and is currently completing a doctor of social work degree with an emphasis in advanced clinical practice with the University of Kentucky.
