My passion and specialty for the last 18 years is working with individuals and families with executive functioning challenges (ADD/ADHD, ASD), attachment development, and adoption related struggles. Individuals and families who are seeking a strong behavioral approach will find practical and effective techniques to create a long lasting healthy lifestyle. I also assist with navigating the IEP/504 plan process. I will meet you and your family with an incredible amount of compassion, love and a healthy dose of humor.
I have worked with individuals and families for 17 years in many different settings. I love working with couples to create and maintain compatible and healthy lifestyles. I utilize daily data to support efficacy of our treatment plans. I do not see clients under 16 without a parent IN session to support the integration of skills into the home dynamic.
I use a very client centered approach with aspects of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behaviorism, Mindfulness and Meditation, healthy lifestyle maintenance, and neuropsychology. For couples, I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy with realistic integration. I truly look forward to witnessing amazing growth and sustainability as we work hard together!
