I enjoy working with college students as they navigate a whole new world of responsibility and autonomy. With 16 years experience as a counselor, I am comfortable providing a unique approach with each client to best fit their needs.

I have a passion for helping people gain the skills they need to heal from the past, live in the present, and look towards the future. I have 20+ years experience counseling individuals and groups. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, relational issues and grief. I treat people from 17-80. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT) which means we do more than "talk therapy". You will learn techniques to overcome your current challenges and have tools to use for future obstacles. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma, PTSD and anxiety.
