Through a warm and supportive client-centered relationship an atmosphere of compassion and trust can develop that can help clients gain insights and develop the tools necessary to cope and thrive. I enjoy working with adults, couples and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and who desire healthier, more effective ways of coping with life and relationships. I enjoy helping clients through times of major transition such as adjustment to parenthood, divorce, grief, and empty-nest.

My speciality is in queer-identity work. Since the queer experience often comes with a unique set of growing pains, and subsequent wounds. Most of my clients are people who first healed these wounds through overachievement & overcompensation, but overlooked the limitations that came with these coping mechanisms. I have served with my husband for the past 18 years in various pastoral roles and am heavily involved with the San Antonio community. I specialize in helping individuals, couples and families (including clergy couples and families) to facilitate healing and provide a safe place for processing through trauma, relational challenges, big life changes, self-image, behavioral issues, spirituality, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. Because each client has specific needs, treatment is customized for each individual client.

I am a couples and relationship specialist with over 14 years of experience. I help couples learn to improve their friendship, connection & intimacy, communicate and manage conflict, build trust and commitment, and learn to live a "Healthy Relationship Lifestyle." She is also a skilled interfaith chaplain who integrates spiritual perspectives to support the emotional well-being and balance of her clients, when helpful. From her hospice experience, Victoria welcomes discussions related to aging, loss, and grief. In her leisure time, she enjoys globetrotting, board game nights, cycling along city Greenways, and nurturing orphaned kittens for local animal rescues.

I am a clinical psychologist who has a wide range of experience working in a variety of professional settings and with diverse populations. I particularly enjoy working with teens, young adults and adults who are facing challenges and setbacks that are impeding their functioning and preventing them from their full potential.
