RLT is a form of couples counseling that aims to move you out of your knee-jerk reactions and into a more compassionate and collaborative part of yourself. I can teach you how to move into an US consciousness based on relational empowerment instead of the individual empowerment touted by our You vs Me culture.

Perhaps a more in-depth couples experience is what you are looking for. Or you feel your relationship is on the brink of collapse and you need something to happen NOW. If so, consider doing a Couples Intensive. Two days, 6 hours each day. Progress is accelerated and amplified when therapy is offered in this concentrated, focused way.
