I have experience helping those 10 to 100 years old with addictions, anger management, depression, family conflict, grief, infidelity, marital/relationship concerns, school struggles, stress and work struggles. I will help guide you to the goals or visions you have set to live a life you deserve and will help you understand the obstacles, so we can move them together.

My clients are viewed as the experts on their lives, and I am there to assist in self-discovery and facilitate meaningful change and growth.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18 years’ experience in public education as both a teacher and school counselor. I have worked as a therapist in several settings for the past 7 years. In my practice, I will be using Solution Focused Brief Therapy. This type of therapy has the client guide the direction that the sessions take. Through a series of questions, we will work towards as clients ideal future.
