Life is a journey that does not have to be conquered alone. Whether an adult, adolescent, or child, everyone encounters moments in life that lead to roadblocks. Managing emotions and stress can interfere with making the best decisions as well as expressing ourselves to others. You are not alone, roadblocks can be overcome with the right support! To help clients navigate through life's roadblocks, I tend to draw from the theoretical approaches of Humanistic Approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Theory (CBT), and Psychoanalysis Theory to provide direct counseling services.
I possess 15 years of professional experience providing counseling to children, adolescents and adults with varying concerns that include family and marriage/relationship, anxiety, depression, divorce, parenting issues, teen issues, career guidance, and crisis counseling. I have served in private practice, hospitals, and the public school setting.
