I am Precious, I work specifically with women who grapple with the aftermath of past traumas, battling symptoms of depression and anxiety. I understand the struggles of forging and sustaining connections as a result of trauma, navigating the complexities of motherhood, and coping with unhealthy attachments in relationships, often relying on societal constructs to shape one's identity. I am an EMDR and yoga trained psychotherapist specializing in guiding women through the challenges of anxiety and depression stemming from trauma, motherhood, relationships, and codependency.

It has been an honor to serve the Lord and to fulfill His calling on my life as a biblical counselor over the past several years. I am equipped to work with individuals and couples. I am a mixed race (black and white) clinician and feel this gives me a unique perspective to mental health. Life can be mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausting. Trauma (racial, religious, or anywhere in between), work stress, marital strife, parenting woes and the like can at times feel magnified and the weight feels heavy, but I see you.
