Wallflowers and Social Butterflies
This group is for Elementary School Children Ages 8-10 years old, who need help with friendship skills. This group allows them to practice skills learned with their peers to help with social-emotional development. The group meets weekly for 6 weeks on Wednesdays at 5pm. Behavior and Emotion Management for Kids/Teens
This group is designed to provide psychoeducation and support for families with children struggling with depression and anxiety. Parents and children have breakout process sessions to learn effective coping strategies. The group is 6 weeks long. Each week focuses on a specific topic.
