I specialize in working with children and adults with disabilities, mood disorders, and those who are experiencing complex relationship issues (specifically in children and those who struggle with addictions, or have family members who struggle with addictions). In my career, I have worked with teenagers in a career counseling setting, children with disabilities (I have worked with children with Autism for over ten years), as well as teenagers and adults with persistent disabilities or mental health disorders.

I have deep experience helping people with difficult relationships and issues in business. Now, I help people like you find solutions for life changes, relationships, stress, trauma, aging, career issues, depression, grief, and anxiety. I specialize in working with corporate survivors, stressed-out HR professionals and attorneys, and other white collar professionals. Dr. Lee is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples and families as they tackle the tasks of life. Along with 20 years experience working in a private practice, Dr. Lee has worked in academia, including teaching internationally, and in non-profit organizations. She graduated from the Ohio State University with her Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Sciences where she completed her training as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master's degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from the University of San Francisco. Dr. Lee also worked as the Director of Training at a large non-profit in Dallas where she oversaw the training of master's level counselors and social workers, doctoral level Psychology interns and Child Psychiatry Fellows. She has a passion for teaching and learning and has completed three of The Gottman Institute's trainings including The Bringing Baby Home curriculum and the first two levels of The Gottman Couples Therapy method.

I have been a counselor for more than 30 years. I remain passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and believe that genuine caring is an essential element to an effective counseling relationship.
