Hello, I'm Latrice and my goal is to help you heal & recover from past trauma. I have been successful in the past with helping individuals learn skills to cope with stress, manage anxiety, reduce symptoms of depression and resolve issues related to childhood trauma.
My therapeutic approach incorporates Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Mindfulness.
I have over 20 years of social work experience serving people of all races, ages and cultural backgrounds. My experience includes working with at-risk adolescents, families in crisis, women impacted by domestic violence, women who have survived sexual abuse, adults struggling with addiction and adults coping with chronic mental illness.
