I have 16 years experience working with those who have experienced trauma or abuse. Some have negative thoughts that prevent them from experiencing mental, emotional and spiritual peace. I provide a safe place to process pain and misgivings about your true value that keep you from living in fullness.
I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Biofeedback for some clients who can benefit from these modalities. I will discuss concerns with you in English or in Spanish that have been holding you back from your ideal future.
