Do you find yourself sitting amongst the ashes of charred dreams seeking ways to find meaning in the mess? Do you feel hopeless, or helpless, triggered from past harm? I engage others' stories of harm, confusion, trauma, anxiety and loss in order to find meaning and peace. Through EMDR, Trauma Model Therapy, Story Work, Internal Family Systems, Attachment healing and other modalities, I guide clients through allowing their own brain to heal itself from past trauma and open pathways to a healthier present and future.
I have 30 years experience working with adults stateside and abroad. I have experience with adolescents and youth as well as retired and aging. And I have specific training in individual/group story work surrounding abuse. It is my passion and desire to be accessible to any who want to process life to gain greater clarity, freedom and resilience.
