I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques and approaches. I am clinically trained in a variety of different treatment settings including, inpatient, outpatient, residential and traditional therapy. I have experience working with self harm, suicidal ideations, grief/loss, self esteem, relationship issues, stress management and identity development.

Sarah enjoys using the technique of expressive arts when working with clients in treatment. She enjoys working in a collaborative setting with both adults and adolescents/their families to understand and reduce anxiety, cope with trauma, grow self-love and acceptance, increase mindfulness practices, structure enriching self-care practices, and explore the powerful and dynamic internal world that resides within each client. Kyle Freeland, LPC, graduated with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler. Kyle has experience with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. He’s worked with people in acute crisis as well as those managing challenges related to figuring out who they are, spiritual identity issues, grief and loss, career stress, and familial and relationship problems.

Dr. Falkstein has worked in the mental health field since 1988 and has conducted several thousand evaluations over the past 25 years. Unlike most psychologists, Dr. Falkstein has experience and knowledge as a psychologist in private practice and as a school psychologist actually working in the schools. Dr. Falkstein has a clinical team that works with him that includes 6 other Psychologists and 4 Licensed Professional Counselors. We offer evaluation services and therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.
