I believe that in order to be healthy and happy, the individual must be focused on growth and change. If you are not healthy or happy, then change is needed. However, several factors complicate this simple truth. We give too much or allow our power to be stolen rather than exchanged; Fear, anger, and sadness can override logic and wisdom. How we act and think affects our experience of reality. I work clients to help increase their sense of self-direction, align their behaviors with their goals, and replace the negative thoughts and behaviors with a more positive perspective.

My approach focuses on addressing these factors in order to reacquire a healthy and happy lifestyle. I hold clients to the expectation of change and growth and meet them where they are and walk with them until they find their path to health and happiness. Whether with adolescents with behavioral issues or adults stuck in endless cycles, I am here to help.

Much of my practice focuses on working with families struggling with sexual and disruptive teens, men's issues and special populations. I also enjoy working with other issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and communication concerns.
