Specifically, Lauren has experience working with emotional and behavioral problems, communication/family relational problems, and mood concerns with both adult and adolescent populations. Lauren also has experience working with mood disorders (such as anxiety), grief/loss, emerging adults and phase of life issues related to the school/job transition experience, attachment issues, survivors of abuse/trauma, and common phase of life concerns.

I have over 20 years of experience providing counseling for children (ages six and older), teens, and adults. Currently I only work with adults over the age of 21. I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depressing, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and trauma. It is important for everyone to have a listening ear or someone to assist them in making healthy and positive choices when feeling stressed or overwhelmed. I work with individuals in a collaborative manner to create individual goals to assist in improving one's quality of life.
