I am an independently Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) providing our South Texas community with culturally sensitive, holistic, and empirically-supported psychological services tailored to each of my patient's individual needs and circumstances. I'm a native from Monterrey, NL, Mexico and have lived in South Texas for 28 years. As a bilingual psychology practitioner, I offer comprehensive Spanish, English, and dual-language evaluations, brief examinations, and long-term psychotherapeutic treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in the State of Texas.

I have 20+ years of experience helping people learn skills to help manage stress and anxiety, navigate relationships, decrease depression, negative self-talk and perfectionist tendencies, increase resilience and self-confidence, work through losses such as loved ones, beloved pets, miscarriages, infertility, and life transitions such as high school, college, career, and relationships. Many of her clients are survivors of narcissistic parents, partners and societal values who experience a deep sense of loneliness, anxiety and depression and may find themselves in patterns of people pleasing & resentment. Some of her client's also often feel lost without a sense of approval from others. Kelsea's clients are striving to feel more in touch with their authentic sense of self by coming to a better balance of internal versus external validation.
