Hi, So as a Certified Life Coach one of my main goals is to help you move forward in your life; and understand why or how your past traumas are stopping you from doing so. Some of the main tools I utilize in my coaching are Empathic Listening and Energy Psychology. Energy Psychology is a blend of spiritual practices and psychology. One of the core belief's I work from is that our conscious and sub-conscious negative feelings, ideas, beliefs and emotions affect our ability to access our unique inner power, strength's, gifts and talents and move forward within our lives with enjoyment.
A session with me provides a safe environment to discuss any uncomfortable or painful issues. In this safe space is where you will receive validation, support, insight, guidance, and tools to help you live a happier, healthier, and more productive life. You will leave each of the sessions feeling empowered and have more awareness about how to move forward.
My function is to create a collaborative, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors on a deeper level than on their own.
