I am a specialist in trauma recovery and EMDR therapy. I have 12 years of experience as an Army chaplain and 5 years as a licensed counselor. I am fluent in Spanish and English. I utilize EMDR intensives to help clients work through complex trauma in order to achieve breakthroughs in their mental health journey. Intensives are available in person or online.
Intensive therapy is any modality that occurs at a high frequency over a short duration of time. The therapeutic Intensive format is a powerful opportunity for people to get the benefit of many months of start-and-stop weekly counseling in the span a few days. Intensives range from 1 to 4 days.
