I have worked providing counseling for young adults, couples, veterans, and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, anger, self esteem, trauma, and marital issues. I utilize a variety of approaches such as CBT, EMDR to process trauma, and DBT.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” ( Jeremiah 29:11).
I see counseling as a process in which you the client, and I, the Counselor develop an understanding to trust one another, to work as a team to explore and define present problems situations, to develop goals to improve your quality of life.
