Christine Knight is an Internal Family Systems practitioner trained by the IFS Institute and currently enrolled in Level 2 Intimacy From The Inside Out (IFIO) training & a clinical hypnotherapist dedicated to helping people reconnect back to the disconnected parts of themselves to bring healing, peace, and abundance into their lives. Christine has taken the "scenic route" in her own healing journey from complex childhood developmental trauma over the past two decades and now brings all her experience and education in clinical hypnotherapy and mental health counseling to help you navigate your journey towards healing and wholeness.

I have been in practice since 1988, dedicated to helping my patients to understand the causes of their problems and to regain mastery, control and well being in their lives. I have extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health problems including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, chronic illness and pain management. I also specialize in the diagnosis of cognitive problems and dementias associated with Alzheimer's Disease and other disorders.
