Dr. Yelder is also a verified Service Connected Disabled Veteran of the United States Marine Corps who was Honorably Discharged from the United States Marine Corps. The clients I work with are dedicated to making meaning changes in their life, looking to heal from past wounds, and engaged in understanding the nature of their problems better. When people walk through my door, they are taking an important step in vulnerability and relinquishing a sense of control. They are admitting what we all have to admit: that we are broken. However, they recognize another truth: their potential to solve those problems and the choice to take responsibility for their life.
