Wondering what an intensive is? An intensive is an extended session, either scheduled for multiple hours on one day or a few hours over multiple days that allows you to work on your goals faster than traditional therapy since we can typically process more information in a shorter amount of time. Each intensive is designed especially for you and your needs.
