I appreciate that you are seeking to make yourself the very best you can be. Often the first step is often the hardest, and I hope that I can be someone that can help you along your counseling journey. I enjoy working with adults, children, adolescents, and families that are seeking help with life transitional adjustments, critical illness, coping support, grief/loss, and anxiety. My focus is to build on the strengths and coping of each individual and to provide support and encouragement throughout their counseling experience.
My background is in child development, family studies, and working for over 20 years with adults, children, and families coping with critical illness in a medical and non-profit setting. I also have experience working with patients receiving treatment inpatient and participating in an intensive outpatient program. I enjoy using my experience to serve others.
I encourage you to reach out to discuss if I would be a great fit for your counseling needs and to help navigate your own unique journey.
