As a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, I believe I can help you navigate the difficult seasons in life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in treating anxiety, adjustment, depression, grief, and many other issues. I am particularly interested in helping couples strengthen their relationship through premarital or marital counseling.
I am enthusiastic about helping adults develop communication skills. I have found that healthy communication can only help find clarity. My hours are designed to provide convenience for individuals seeking therapy. I schedule clients Monday and Thursday (6:30 PM - 8:30 PM), Friday (1 PM - 5 PM), and Saturday (8 AM - 1 PM).
