I have been committed to professionally helping others for over three decades and my path has led me to the exact place I want to be. I am a Psychoanalyst, Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist treating adults and couples. Our past very well may be influencing our current relationships, I will help you understand this individually and relationally. I am in the process of becoming certified in Relational Life Therapy which is incredibly helpful for couples. I am also trained in EMDR and IFS therapy for trauma. I practice in Puerto Rico and California. I offer tele-health and in-person sessions.
My theoretical frameworks are Attachment/Interpersonal Relational theories, such as Relational Life Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I will help you understand how past experiences may be impacting your current self-esteem and interpersonal relationships. It takes courage and commitment to insist on bringing our best selves to our relationships.
