I love working with individuals and groups who have experienced relationship or systems-based trauma, whether in childhood or adulthood. This can include physical, sexual, verbal, emotional, financial, spiritual, or systemic traumas and may be the result of abusive relationships or living as a marginalized individual in an inadequate and even harmful system. I believe that the "symptoms" associated with trauma don't occur because there is "something wrong with you."
