I joined Rooted Relational Therapy in 2021, with 30 years of experience doing outpatient and in-home therapy. Providing in-home services and crisis intervention really honed my ability to think on my feet! My work in local county mental health services provided me with a vast knowledge of local resources. I earned both my degrees in Psychology, first a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State and then a Master of Arts in Psychology from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In my professional work, I take a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, that is sensitive to cultural diversity and attachment injuries.

This is Deepika Pandey, Licensed Behavior Specialist. Currently, i am working with the Neurodiversity population. I have had the years of privilege of helping many young children with autism spectrum, ADHD, Down syndrome mental and behavioral health issues. I have experience working with in-home, in-school wraparound services. My sessions are based on ABA-Evidence Based Intervention within most natural environment of learning. Parental teaching, skills transferring is always my extra priority for a successful session.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has experience working with people that suffer from substance use disorders. My ideal client is someone who wants to identify behavior change as it relates to substance use disorders either in themselves or in a family member. I am a credentialed interventionist in long term recovery. I service clients in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, Pittsburgh, and Delaware areas.
