For over twenty years I have been working within the field of Individual and Family Intervention. My education in Masters of Arts in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary which is now referred to as Missio Seminary has provided me with the ability to help so many. I am certified in child sexual abuse treatment through Widener University and Family Support Line. For the last 15 years I have been a member in good standing with AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors). Biblically based counseling with the intention to glorify God while helping others to navigate through life's challenges has always been my priority.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with my Master's and undergraduate degrees in Social Work. I also have High Honors from the Phi Alpha Honor Society for my study in the field. I have over 14 years of experience working in the human services fields. I am Certified in Sexual Abuse Trauma by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. I am EMDR trained and provide intensive EMDR sessions. I combine my knowledge of trauma and EMDR.

I specialize in helping your child, adolescent and family cope with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and behavior concerns. I have over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced various traumatic events, such as physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, community violence, domestic violence and divorce. I have also worked with victims of trafficking, violence, and undocumented immigrants. My recent practice has focused on improving parent-child relationships by using parent coaching sessions to decrease behavior problems and increase social skills and cooperation.

I believe one of the most important parts of the counseling process is to develop a trusting caring relationship. With this relationship, much can be gained from the counseling sessions. I have worked well with individuals and families who have emotional pain. For many clients, helping them understand what creates such emotional pain, gaining insights puts them on a path for a more fulfilling life. In my practice I work with individuals who have sadness, depression, loss, relationship difficulties, family difficulties, sexual challenges and sexual abuse. My mission in therapy is to respect each client, and walk with them at their healing pace, I believe if we walk together on this healing journey life will be better.

Hi, I'm Margaret Walsh. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with diverse individuals for over 20 years. I am certified in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). I am a certified Sexual Assault Counselor & a Trauma Specialist. I also work with social workers to obtain their clinical supervision hours.

I have been passionate about teaching, coaching, and helping individuals reach their goals for my entire life. I spent much of my professional career as a gymnastics coach. Since retiring from coaching in 2010, I went on to become a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked with people dealing with a variety of issues including trauma, child sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, eating disorders, anger management, and more. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Bowen Family Systems therapy. I want to help you reach your best self and live your best life.

Currently, I'm only accepting male clients who have been sexually abused and/or assaulted. I work with men of all ages, including older men who have never talked about being sexually abused. While there are many female therapists who work well with male sexual abuse survivors, I believe being a straight male therapist with a wife and family helps. I also specialize in helping adult men with depression, anxiety, and other histories of trauma, such as physical and emotional abuse. I am certified in Interactional Guided Imagery, a trained EMDR therapist, facilitated over 100 psychodramas, and am effective and successful in my work.

Danielle Nesmith is a Resident-in-Counseling (RIC) with 15 years of experience assisting children, teens, adults, and seniors who are faced with the negative effects of anxiety, depression, ADHD, poor coping skills, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, sexual abuse, women’s issues, and more. Danielle's career began working with delinquent adolescents, providing individual/group counseling. In 2015, she transitioned to social work, where she offered service to clients of all ages, providing resources and therapeutic services when needed to ensure their safety and emotional stability.

I have experience working with a diverse set of populations, including those who have struggled with anxiety, depression, intimate partner/domestic violence, sexual abuse, and trauma. I work with individuals struggling with unhealthy relationship patterns, relational violence, trauma, mood disruptions, and work dissatisfaction/burnout. I also work with couples on communication, trust, intimacy, and learning how to "fight fair."
