My ideal clients are from all walks of life. From helping a someone explore their gender identity, guiding polyamorous partners through conflict/understanding, to helping parents with their teenager who struggles with depression. Everyone client I meet is unique, and I'm honored to be apart of their healing journey.

Hello! My name is Erica Hochanadel (she/her/hers). To build a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship, I feel it is helpful to share more about myself and how I orient in the world. I am a queer, non monogamous, cisgender, able bodied, parent, white human sexuality professional. I enjoy binge reading fantasy books, being outdoors, doing hot yoga, babbling with my baby, and spending time with loved ones. I specialize in working with clients regarding their sexuality and relationships. A unique clinical niche of mine is working with clients at the intersection of queerness, neurodiversity, and ethical nonmonogamy.
