I help those who are feeling stuck, trapped, confused & need help making sense of everything that is going on so that they can put it into words and grow. My therapy is a safe space for those who need support. My practice is trauma informed and non judgemental. My practice is also anti racist, sex positive, LGBTQIA+ competent, and gender affirming. I work with artists, college students, mothers, sex workers, nuerodivergent idividuals, queer and trans community, & people who struggle with anxiety & trauma. I also offer gender affirming surgery letters.

I don’t believe that people are “broken” or “need to be fixed”, but rather that somewhere within every person lies the capacity to generate change. I believe this change begins by finding someone trustworthy to support them through this process. And—that being kinder and gentler towards ourselves goes a long way to building the foundation for this change to occur.

Accepting new clients! The world is just... really hard right now. It's difficult to imagine how therapy would even help when the world is on fire.
