I am a passionate, client-centered, and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor. I strive to meet my clients wherever they happen to be in the moment of seeking therapy and help them get to where they want to be through using evidence-based interventions, encouragement, support, and empowerment. It is my privilege to offer help and hope to my clients who are facing challenges in their life’s journey. I strongly believe that clients are the expert on their own lives and they have the answers to their own questions. My role is to work with my clients to find those answers, and help them become the best version of themselves.

I specialize in high functioning anxiety, depression, unleveled self-esteem, stress management, and helping individuals coming from various ethnic, cultural, economic, and religious backgrounds balance cross-cultural negotiations and aspects of identities. I am the Owner and Founder of MultiPath Counseling LLC. I am an LCSW with 12+ years experience with Mental Health and provide Telehealth Services along with In-office therapy appointments. I have worked in many different Mental Health Settings such as: Residential, IBHS, Drug and Alcohol, and Community Based. Call me to discuss your needs! I also incorporate traditional counseling sessions with Equine Assisted Activities. EAP is an option and is offered at an offsite location (only in Spring / Summer months)!

Hello! I work with my clients using a Cognitive Behavioral, Psychoanalytic, Solution Focused Approach. Solution Focused means we try to solve issues and problems as soon as possible. I am also a trauma specialist and have worked with military and domestic violence victims for many years. Trauma is relative to each individual and shouldn't be compared. And there are ways to heal and thrive! I also work with sexual addiction, childhood behavioral issues, depression and anxiety, chronic pain, career coaching, and all female issues. I also offer premarital and marital counseling.

I am a trauma-informed, integrative, EMDR therapist. I use ego states and parts work in conjunction with somatic work to help bring ‘online’ the left and right hemispheres of your brain. I am focused on treating the whole person and would like to have an open, honest conversation about what you are looking for and your treatment wants and needs.

On our journey it can be helpful to have someone to help us read the narratives which often define our lives. Some of those narratives keep us from experiencing what we want for ourselves now and in the future. Since graduating with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2010, I have been working as a therapist with people in various stages of life. A relationship between a therapist and client can provide someone with a deep reflection of how they live and are experienced. I believe therapy can give us the opportunity to rediscover our story in a new way. Real change is possible.

I value the relationships I form with clients and my goal is to make everyone I work with feel safe, respected and accepted for who they are. My practice is shaped by a combination of formal education and hands-on experience, including training in psychoanalysis, couples counseling, ExRP, play therapy and family therapy.
