Tracy E. Hill PhD & Associates LLC has a variety of clinicians to choose from. Whether you want virtual (NY residents) or in person; we have clinicians who are licensed in Connecticut, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We offer both virtual and in person sessions. We have a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed social workers and licensed professional counselors along with Ph.D.s. Our team of dedicated professional clinicians can help you figure life out when life becomes complicated.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, bipolar disorder, OCD, ODD, PTSD, and ADHD. We'll use a whole self and client centered approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.

I joined Rooted Relational Therapy in 2021, with 30 years of experience doing outpatient and in-home therapy. Providing in-home services and crisis intervention really honed my ability to think on my feet! My work in local county mental health services provided me with a vast knowledge of local resources. I earned both my degrees in Psychology, first a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State and then a Master of Arts in Psychology from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In my professional work, I take a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, that is sensitive to cultural diversity and attachment injuries.

I have lived experience with neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, and being in a plus sized body. I have experience working with the above as well as clients with BPD, Bipolar 1 & 2, PTSD, and clients who just feel like they need a safe space to discuss day to day life stressors. I stress to my clients that therapy is for everyone and there is no such thing as a "trauma olympics" where something is better or worse than others! I work with clients age 6+.

I have extensive training in treating mood disorders including anxiety disorder, depression and bipolar disorder coupled with a dual diagnosis using experiential techniques, with a Psychodynamic theoretical base and Cognitive Behavioral theoretical base, preferably in an individual setting. Systemic approach would invite couples and family to be a part of the healing process.

In his practice, Dr. Acosta uses different approaches with the purpose of promoting a therapeutic experience focused on favoring the awareness of the people he serves about their own needs and potentials.

Hi, I'm Derik Moore, LCSW. I worked as an outpatient psychotherapist and clinical supervisor for 10 years in the community mental health realm prior to establishing my own practice. I began my career working with those living with HIV as an activist in the mid-1990s in Newark and New Brunswick, NJ, where I engaged in street outreach and advocated for a harm reduction approach. This work informed my commitment to public health and to exploring how economic and sociological factors play significant roles in the ways we move through the world. I have also been a musician for nearly 40 years and offer virtual and in-person drum lessons.
