I provide individual and family-focused therapeutic services for children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. My strength-based approach is based on a belief that we all, young and old, have the internal resources to meet challenges, although sometimes we need support to discover, access, and develop those resources. I work with children and youth who may need support navigating relationships, coping with anxiety or depression, or who are having trouble balancing the demands of everyday life.
I help my clients build resilience through understanding their feelings, communicating their needs, seeing things from new perspectives, and learning to problem-solve and find solutions when faced with difficulty. When working with young children, I work closely with parents to develop positive parenting skills and to strengthen parent/child relationships.
At this time, I am not taking on any new clients for testing or evaluations. For new therapy clients, I have a limited number of in-person appointments available in Wayne, PA.
