With adults I find that the AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) as well as IFS (Internal Family Systems) Models show effectiveness. For children and teens I draw from CBT, DBT and play therapy. Attachment Based Family Therapy is helpful in improving parent-teen relationships.
