My clients learn healthy coping skills and tools to better navigate life's difficult moments. My role is to walk alongside you through this journey to your most empowered and best self. By challenging beliefs and emotions that no longer serve you, in addition to improving intra and interpersonal relationships, personal growth and symptom relief are my goals for you. I'm Stacy Dove, LPC and co-owner of Set Sail Counseling, LLC. I’m excited that you’re here and considering “setting sail” on your journey toward healing. We are a group practice with compassionate, licensed therapists that specialize in treating pre-teens (ages 10+), adolescents, young adults, adults and couples. We offer both in-person and telehealth counseling and offer a wide array of counseling techniques. We accept insurance. I’m a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, and I have been practicing for about a decade now. I enjoy working with my clients on cognitive behavioral therapy along with dialectical behavioral therapy, and also motivational interviewing tactics as well. I am very excited to work with clients that have been experiencing family conflict issues, along with anxiety and depression, and help tackle issues in their present day, personal and professional life’s.
