**I no longer accept private or commercial insurance.** My cash fees are $50 for telehealth sessions payable at the beginning of the session. I offer, when appropriate, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approaches. I take a practical solutions focused approach to behavioral health care and addiction recovery.
My goal is to assist client by using a variety of skills, experiences and knowledge. My certification in DBT has taught me the importance of this moment without judgement. I may be able to help with a no nonsense, nuts and bolts approach using Brief Solution therapy.
